If laughter whilst lunging is what you're after, Rani Price is your girl. Rani who was a TV presenter for years realised after having 3 children that women can often have a tough time getting fit post babies and the journey can be lonely one. So she decided to do something about this and retrained and qualified as a personal trainer, who also happens to have life coaching and counselling certificates under her kick boxing belt! And so FitbuddiesW4 was born.. a place for mums to come together and get fit whilst having a laugh and supporting each other. Rani runs small group personal training sessions, which is a cost effective way of exercising; splitting the cost with your friends and exercising at a time which suits you. Other sessions available are the ‘School Run’ - meeting at Grove Park School at 8.55am on Monday mornings, this 35 minute class is a mixture of jogging and strengthening all the muscles you need to run. This is a great class for those who would like to start running and are beginners as you will slowly build up your distance, speed and overall strength. Also available is the Boxing Bootcamp which occurs on Mondays at 10am and Wednesdays at 9:15 at Chiswick band stand near Dukes Meadows. This invigorating all round work out is great for beginners and beyond and will energise you for the day ahead! So if you’ve been umming and arring about getting fit but weren’t sure which route to take.. Rani is a great place to start, her enthusiasm and fun outlook on life will have you feeling supported and entertained in equal measure as you embark upon your fitness journey.
